In 2019, we are working to share our mission and vision with educators across the GLOBE to eradicate bullying of any kind. As educators, you play an instrumental role in eradicating bullying. Use this tool to guide you through the school year! In 2019, the C.C.R.A.B.S acronym for educators stands for Consistent, Confidence, Resounding, Advocate and Build Success. These powerful concepts can be incorporated into any situation inside and outside the classroom to help our youth understand how to release the need to control a situation and instead find a solution to help everyone win.

As we embark on a New Year, what will you personally do to ensure that you meet your goals? My challenge to you: Spend 15-20 minutes writing down 3 goals that will help you avoid bullying in your classroom.

1. Have one drink too many... 2. Eat too much... 3. Play cards... 4. Meet up with friends... BE HUMAN!!! YOU PLAY A BIG ROLE IN THE FUTURE OF OUR KIDS AND WE NEED YOU TO BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOU THAT YOU CAN BE! Be an advocate for your students in regard to the choices they are making and how those choices are impacting their lives! 2. If you think they aren't listening or watching you... You're WRONG!
