In 2019, the C.C.R.A.B.S acronym for educators stands for Consistent, Confidence, Resounding, Advocate and Build Success. These powerful concepts can be incorporated into any situation inside and outside the classroom to help our youth understand how to release the need to control a situation and instead find a solution to help everyone win.

My challenge to you:
Spend 15-20 minutes writing down 3 goals that will help you avoid bullying in your classroom.
Take some time to recharge over this Holiday Break! Here are a few ideas to get you started from BE BETTER...
1. Have one drink too many...
2. Eat too much...
3. Play cards...
4. Meet up with friends...
